In this day and age living through a pandemic on top of a busy, hectic life style can be A-LOT to handle. I had been going through some tough questions that I had for myself about where I am in life. Without even realizing that I needed to re-evaluate my priorities, Alison was able to help me realize what I value the most. We talked about what was going on in my life and she effortlessly coached me through what I deemed most important without any judgments. No one has helped me list out those values in the same way Alison did. She sent me home with meaningful exercises to help me achieve reprioritizing my values and how to incorporate that into my home life. I highly recommend Alison to anyone going through a rough time.
